We offer solid and lattice tile options. A solid tile pavement is a single, monolithic structure made of reinforced slab on a high-quality macadam base. Its upper part is randomly divided into separate tiles by expansion joints. The area of solid tiles can be up to 1.0÷1.5 m2 if there is reinforcement in their upper part. This solution is 100% waterproof, which protects the subgrade soil from the penetration of surface water and, consequently, from possible erosion and deformation. This completely excludes the clogging of expansion joints with soil and, as a consequence, appearance of vegetation in them.
-
Lattice tile pavement is made of polymer grids with cells located on a sand base, in which paving slabs of monolithic concrete are built in. Expansion joints between polymer grids and paving slabs are quite tight, almost waterproof, thus protecting the subgrade soil from erosion and deformation.

Automation of snow removal from barrier structures.
We offer state-of-the art technology for automating the process of clearing barrier fences and structures from snow. A specially designed attachment, model SBO-300, is suspended on the loader (or other suitable vehicle), with the help of which the snow clearing process becomes fully automatic.
Performance:
-
The rate of snow removal from under 100 m of a barrier fence is 2.02 man-hours according to VrSNiRs (Temporary Estimated Standards and Prices for Road Maintenance).
-
Productivity is 3 km/h.
- Thus, for example, if the length of a barrier fence is 50 348 km, a crew of 60-70 people will remove the snow over 2 days with 8 working hours a day. The same work can be done over the same time with just one SBO-300.
