Dorsan compound

Dorsan asphalt concrete compound is an innovation in protection and “rejuvenation” of road surfaces. It is a simple but effective solution if you want to extend the life of the road and reduce repair frequency.

Dorsan consumption rate:

• normal asphalt concrete with increased water saturation: 0.6-0.7 kg/m2 - 57-67 rub/m2




• at the initial stage of spading: 0.7-0.8 kg/m2 - 67-76 rub/m2




• at the stage of severe spading: 0.7-0.8 kg/m2 - 67-76 rub/m2 + coarse sand




• at the stage of peeling: 0.8-1.2 kg/m2 - 76-114 rub/m2 + screening crushing 2-5 fractions (dust-free, washed)




• The cost of the work is 10-15% of the cost of the material.




• Patching costs 800-1200 rub/m2, so preventive impregnation treatment is 8-10 times more cost-efficient.
